MonoPlus® STEEL DOORFRAMES:
Polynorm Bruynzeel delivers a unique wide range of products.
Their steel doorframes are made of Sendzimir zinc coated steel
sheet in 1 or 1.5mm thickness. The doorframes have a rust inhibiting,
oven baked quality polyester powder enamel layer which guarantees
low maintenance. The unique and patented wall clamps welded inside
the jamb with integrated hinge provision assures a very quick
and easy installation.

Is Money: The steel doorframes are delivered in three main
parts for quick assembly in prepared wall openings at 2nd Fix
stage. Even without any knowledge of doorframes and special fixing
tools almost anyone can fit the MonoPlus® doorframes easily and in a very cost effective manner.
Details: The unique mitre joint connection creates a very
stable and solid construction that ensures the whole frame fits
firmly onto the wall. The MonoPlus® doorframes are suitable
for almost any kind of door, including heavy duty doors for use
in hotels, hospitals and so forth.
MonoPlus® is also known for its removable strike plate which
can be changed if necessary. The adjustable hinges are directly
connected to the wall clamps in the doorframes which creates a
very solid overall construction.
  
Range: Polynorm Bruynzeel's MonoPlus® steel doorframes
are available for "commercial" rebated edge and for
square edge "flush" doors. The MonoPlus® doorframes
can be fitted in prepared wall openings in so called dry wall
systems, such as metal stud, gypsum blocks, sand lime bricks,
etc.
 
Application: Housing, flats, student and key-worker accommodation, hotels,
offices, hospitals and other special applications. The MonoPlus
steel doorframes meet the requirements of the Building Regulations.
Construction: MonoPlus® steel doorframes
comprise of two jambs and one head. Additional transomes and jambs
are provided for a top light over the door or top and side light
arrangements. Jambs and heads are shrink wrapped in foil. Small
parts such as strike plates, bolts, mitre joints brackets and
caps are delivered with the doorframes in separate plastic bags.

Shape & Size: MonoPlus® steel doorframes
are available in 15 different arrangements as shown below, which
can be supplied in various different sizes.

Purpose: Steel doorframes can be obtained
in 20, 30 or 60 minute fire rating and with various acoustic performance
levels.
Maintenance: MonoPlus® steel doorframes
are maintenance free and can be cleaned with hot water or non
abrasive cleaning products.
