Iso-Net Cladding System

Method
Of Installation:
01. The ISO-NET system is designed for
use in conjunction with a durable breathable sheathing board or aluminium
honeycomb board system.
02. The aluminium honeycomb board is mechanically
fixed to a cladding frame of timber or metal stud, incorporating the
required thickness of thermal insulation within the stud section. The
back of the honeycomb board is separated from the stud using a thermal
packer having vertical grooves for moisture drainage. All joints between
honeycomb boards are taped and sealed.
03. A horizontal datum line/level is established
at the head and base of each storey level using a laser level. The vertical
distance between levels is set to a brick coordinating coursing module
to suit the ISO-NET sheets.
04. The specially formulated adhesive
is evenly applied to the face of the honeycomb panel, ensuring that
all the fixings and panel joints are completely covered.
05. The ISO-NET corners are applied to
the reveals, heads and external corners and held in position with bespoke
honeycomb anchors.
06. The remainder of the elevation is
then infilled using the standard ISO-NET sheets with any non standard
lengths being cut to suit.
07. Following the complete covering of
the elevation with the ISO-NET sheets, the system is mortared using
special pointing mortar applied via either hand or gun pointing application
and tooled to form the desired joint profile. The retention anchors
must be completely covered by the pointing mortar.
