CWCT Certificate Awarded to our FACE Terracotta Rainscreen System

The System was successfully tested to CWCT standards for rainscreens at the Taylor Woodrow Test Facility, Leighton Buzzard during September 2005.

The test rig was built for a multi story mock-up and pressure tested up to 3600 Pascals.

The Face Terracotta Rainscreen System consists of Extruded terracotta double chamber tiles secured to an aluminium vertical rail substructure. The substructure is fixed back to a structural frame using aluminium cleats and sliding M6 bolt detail within the vertical rail. The tiles are secured to the rails using patented friction clip detail that requires no onsite drilling to secure.
